Cinetyp To Go
In response to ever-increasing needs for security, Cinetyp has developed exclusive portable workstations.

High-profile projects demand tight control to prevent unauthorized "pre-release" piracy.
Cinetyp understands the importance of security, which is why "we come to you" for on-site dialogue/spotting/continuity and caption/subtitle preparation.
Cinetyp's revoluionary To Go system incorporates state-of-the-art computer technology, NTSC (or BetaSP) deck, monitor, and digitizing equipment.
Our in-house security is top-of-the-line and MPAA-approved, but if your project requires on-site control, our "Have System, Will Travel" service ensures that no element need ever leave your site.
Many major studios and legendary directors (who like to keep their pet projects under wraps) have experienced the great feeling of security provided by our accommodating professional staff and high-tech equipment.

Telecine
Cinetyp maintains its own precision analog telecine for transferring 35mm film to NTSC video.

Film cleaning
With traditional film cleaning, the stock is immersed in a liquid bath, thereby softening the emulsion and removing dirt. The disadvantage of this method is that while the emulsion is soft, the film is easily scratched, and the sticky surface of the emulsion can further attract even the smallest particles of dust and other airborn contaminants.

Cinetyp's revolutionary high-pressure vapor film cleaning process doesn't wet the film, so there's less chance of damage to the emulsion. The film stays dry; the emulsion doesn't soften, and the film doesn't re-attract more dirt.

Our patented high-pressure vapor system is ideal for removing light dirt, fingerprints, and tape residue common in used prints. The process is gentle on your film, and can be used with both polyester- and acetate-based stocks.
