Notes for film and video materials

- Video tape must not have breaks, splices, crinkles or other damage that causes poor playback

Not acceptable
- Video tape where the reels have been combined without breaks and count-down leader
- Damaged film or video tape
- Second- or third-generation video tape copies
- PAL or SECAM video format
